I am a regular customer at this store and especially after the renovations the music is very loud and the type of music played hurts when you’re trying to shop. It is a lovely new look store and the staff are great, but the music is unbearable, I couldn’t imagine being a staff member having to work through that for hours on end. Even 30 minutes of shopping was hard to endure.

I went into the Chatswood Chase store to purchase Rodriguez For Her (RFH) Women's perfume. I noticed the attractive perfume displays. The perfume staff were lovely. I was greeted warmly. Staff were helpful when I asked questions. The staff delivered exceptional customer service. They processed my perfume purchase quickly. I received a generous amount of complimentary perfume samples which was a nice surprise. It made my day. The RFH perfume quality is exceptional. I cannot recommend Francesca in the Women’s Fashion department at David Jones highly enough. She helped me prepare for a week-long work conference, and the experience was unlike anything I’ve ever had in a retail store. From the moment I walked in, she was honest, genuine and incredibly knowledgeable. The newly renovated David jones in Chatswood chase seemed to be more up market than the one in the city. Although there were a variety of brands the selections were quite limited and not many interesting pieces to choose from.
