The formalwear staff member was arrogant and dismissive when I asked a basic question about shirts, go figure. The guy who served me on the main floor was polite and professional, so I guess it’s luck of the draw.
After visiting Harrod’s in London, you realise how sad our so called premium department stores are.
This review is for the lady named Tanya in the perfume department (Fri 12th June, around 5pm) - she is the most wonderful & knowledgeable beauty / fragrance worker in all the Canberra DJs stores! Unlike some of the younger girls that don't smile or really care to assist, Tanya actually warmly greets you immediately & happy to assist. You can see she knows her stuff too (other stuff don't even know what's new or perfumes I've seen online).
