I received amazing service buying a wedding suit for my father. Nat was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful!
Brought a product from David Jones and needed to do a return in store. It was nothing but a big hassle. Even though I had the same card I purchase with and showed them the purchase coming out of my bank account Because the card number on the docket and the card number on my card were different one they said it was a different card. It was because I tapped my card. It changes the number that is on your physical card. Went on the 9th July around midday. Woman at the sunglasses counter was super rude and unhelpful, on her phone scrolling most of the time and very short when we asked her a question. No greeting or smile or anything, really left a bad taste in my mouth. Weird because every other staff member was absolutely lovely!
You can find better price but the quality is still there if purchased regardless. At thos specific location staff weren't helpful but it is what it is. Still grateful to visit and exit safely
