The change rooms in the ladies department closest to Country Road are filthy and this is definitely not just one or two days dust, paper and grime. DJs were always seen as a premium store however they don’t even provide a stool or chair in the fitting rooms for you to place your bag or clothes on. Such a shame they have gone so far down.
Good service but surprised when I got home to discover I’d been charged a fee for walk in bra fitting when I didn’t get a bra fitting. Are you charging for talking to shop assistants now?
Bad customer service
Really disappointing experience at the sunglasses counter at David Jones Chermside at around 5pm on 27 August 2026. My sister and I were looking at sunglasses and selected three pairs from Le Specs and Ray-Ban that we were genuinely interested in purchasing. The staff member at the counter seemed visibly impatient whenever we asked her to open the glass cabinet for us.
