Absolutely awful. Mike Dreher has got to be one of the most dishonest, Irresponsible and frankly terrible people to work with. After finding a house and asking if the garage being converted to a second living area was going to be a problem he continued to order 2 appraisals at my costs. Never gave me the appraisals that I am supposedly paying for. The claims he didn't know about the second living area. I lost 2 months, $1200 dollars, time off work to go do walk through, and almost my current living situation due to his own s... read more
