I suspect this attorney has people writing reviews that haven’t used his services. LegalShield referred me to him for my bankruptcy in 2014. He did a terrible job. Forms were not filled out right, submissions were made at the late minute or late, and he often wouldn’t return emails or phone calls, which resulted in me having to write the trustee directly. Would NOT recommend David Smith as the documents he filed had incorrect address and don’t even know if they are binding as afterleaving multiple messages to questions regarding matter handled have yet to receive return phone call or email. He received his money and now may need to pay someone else to get the matter resolved!
