I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lucier CPA and Lori Fleming due to misleading billing practices, lack of transparency, and poor communication. I was initially given an estimate for services, including catch-up bookkeeping on multiple accounts,, setting up my S-Corp, and transferring my LLC from another state. I received letters from the IRS attempting to collect $80k in unpaid taxes because my business returns were filed with oversights three years in a row.
