Yesterday, I received my first phone call from my legal representative (excluding the call from the initial review) . Nothing uncommon about that, right?! What is uncommon is that I obtained his services over 9 months ago. I contacted Mr. Kreher by referral of another legal counsel. He was the most nonchalant, callus, unprofessional legal representative that I have ever encountered. After contacting him multiple times with no follow-up, he finally picked up the phone, addressing me with so much aggression that I thought I had done something intentionally harmful to him. I attended a seminar class of his, and he gave us great information. He's very knowledgeable about his field of practice, and is also very empathetic and understanding of the many questions and concerns that come with starting a new business.
Although I was not please with the outcome of my 2011 case, I am certain that Mr. Kreher and I alongside the courts made the right decision at THAT time. Fast forward 8 years later, and I regret the decision because my children have had to experience a repeat of the same abuse that took place in my mom’s home when I was the child.
