The work they did was acceptable but we had no idea when they would turn up on site or not. Difficulty getting in touch with them, rarely answered the phone or replied to messages. Eventually they disappeared with £7500 of our money and the windows lying around site partially glazed and not fitted. We called them 9 times to find out what was going on and emailed, no response. Didn't hear from them for 5 weeks so we had to get someone else in to finish the job.
