A review for David Holland Law firm, a bankruptcy law center. My wife and I recently completed our bankruptcy, it was a horrible experience but with Mr Holland law team it just seemed so easy and flawless. The services that Mr Holland brings in his program are wonderful. He provides a full service team at seemly no extra charge (unheard of). David is a friendly guy, but he is also extremely incompetent. I met with him for a consultation. He answered most of my questions, but I could've spent 30 minutes on Google and found the answers myself. My biggest issue with David is he is extremely unprofessional and "greeen". His only value add is that he will review your documents, check a few boxes and take your money. You essentially have to do all of the leg work, and input it in a software he probably spent too much money on. Once that's complete, he will revie... read more
I met with David Holland. He is extremely unprofessional. From our conversations related to bankruptcy, I don't believe he has the knowledge or experience in this area. I did not even notice a copy of JD in his office. Also, from my understanding, he uses a software to evaluate all of your finances, and you have to track down all of the information. So I am not sure what his value add is if a software will take care of all the paperwork, then I can save myself the fees and do the filings myself. I would not recommend h... read more
