What an arrogant person. He disrespects clients interrupting constantly and correcting "legal terminology" (that as a customer I am not supposed to know and I am not interest in learning AT ALL). His sense of superiority is remarkable, often dismissing client concerns and exhibiting a lack of empathy. Total waste of time.
