I was referred to Dave by my realtor to handle the closing of my home. Some of the work on the house was not finished so some contingencies were put into the agreement for the work to be finished after the closing. Long story short I had numerous issues getting the unfinished work to be completed. In hindsight the contract was very poorly done.
