My wife and I had the pleasure of having David Floyd as our loan officer when purchasing our lake house. We always knew where we were in the loan process with David’s weekly update email, texts, and phone calls. David took the stress out of a very stressful situation. David is not a 9-to-5 Banker; he was texting or emailing in the early morning and evening, letting us know how things were going with the loan and what to expect next.
