I was feeling flat most days - not depressed but flat . I also felt that I over reacted to things . A friend recommended David to me and after 6 weeks my life has dramatically changed . David teaches life changing skills in bite size chunks and with stories so we can all remember . The daily exercises are easy and easy to fit in but have dramatic effects . If you feel in any way not like yourself or that you are stuck or could feel ‘lighter’ and happier , I highly recommend David .
David is a wonderful therapist, very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you David.
I’ve been working with David for the last few months and he’s completely changed my day to day life. I was seeing David to help with my stutter/stammer and suffering from overthinking and being ashamed of it and now I couldn’t be any further from that. It doesn’t faze me in the slightest anymore.
