The receptionist on the phone is extremely rude and she told me that the lawyer is no longer interested in Social Security Matters. This is how it went. I called, a lady picked up and asked me in a rude manner "what do you want?". I politely informed her that I was referred to David Dopkin and that is he the best in what I am looking to do.
