David was not only willing to work with us, but remedied the situation after we had been previously denied for insignificant reasons through our previously chosen loan providers. He worked magic, and not only understood our situation, but has worked with others in our situation as well, which allowed for things to proceed smoothly and lead to us being homeowners.
