had a terrible experience today. Been shopping here for 10+ years and brought a shirt back that had been purchased a month ago that had never been worn and had tag with it. The medium marked was actually a large instead of a medium and they wouldnt let me exchange it. I said i will never shop here again and they said ok. Incredibly short sighted.
