Obtaining a mortgage through Dave was an extremely stressful process. He was disorganized, requests were unclear, communication was poor, and critical items were left to the last minute. On more than one occasion he became heated, was verbally disrespectful, and I had to remind him to speak to me in a professional manner. Closing day was an absolute disaster. Would not recommend.
