I contacted Mr. Burkett for assistance in a malpractice case. Although he did not take my case, he was very kind & helpful in explaining the reasons for his decisions as well as some major hurdles I would encounter. I can't speak to his work as a hired attorney, but in a short consultation, he not only gave me a legal perspective, but also a life perspective that was invaluable.
David was recommended to me by another attorney when I had no where left to turn.
