Initial appointment with Female solicitor was extremely imformative , then Mr Burrel took over the case, he called me oneway without introducing himself, and was very unprofessional in the way he conducted the phone call, with yelling at me at times, never once did he apologise for his conduct. I get an email the following day saying he refuses to represent me as I basically lied, a extremely expensive experience dealing with this firm, and would not recommend them at all.

Sam assisted my elderly father with an initial appointment and was very thorough. When the hour was nearing the end I could tell my Father was getting agitated as he was worried around the cost of going over time. Sam could tell this also and made it clear telling him to relax this would only be billed as per the original hour. He took his time and went above and beyond providing the initial advice. Will have no hesitation in retaining or using to finalise the matter when required.
