David is a nice person but was not well equipped for our meeting. Our documents required everything written in Black ink and we needed an Apostille as the docs were for the United States. David did not have a black pen and used a felt sharpie. He had to Google what an Apostille was and all this left us very nervous about getting the Apostille which is a doc that certifies he is a notary.
