Benny's a Badass, and I'm gonna be real. I didn't care for him and thought he was robbing me. He has a Bad attitude, but come on, there aren't any Defense Attorneys in the area, of course. That Guy has probably been through more than I imagine. My Jury Trial, I like, wasn't even there until he Got up and Did what he said he would do, and he Did. He got my Life back for me. Everyone has their opinions, but Seriously, If you want to take a Chance with an attorney who doesn't want to come to this area as it is, take A chance.

Worst attorney I’ve ever spoken too. Would not recommend him to ANYONE. Unprofessional and very poor attitude. Acts like a kid.
