I was lucky to find David Newman and he did a great job helping me with my IRS issues. Mr. Newman listened patiently, asked solid questions, and ultimately was able to secure a temporary reprieve which allowed me to prepare to work together with him to satisfy the IRS. Finally I am headed down a better road and hopefully by the end of this year I will not be in this situation anymore. Worked with David for over 2 years, he worked with me to file my personal returns, and more importantly write up my OIC (Offer in Comprise) documentation for my IRS past debt. While we ran into road blocks with the IRS, David was able to navigate the bureaucracy and I believe were close to getting this completely resolved.
Worked with David for over 2 years, then he disappeared… his assistant Maria would never return my calls or emails… he left me hanging… IRS needed a response back on a matter in 10 days, and I happened to be in the hospital having emergency surgery, with David as my POA they would have contacted him first, but he says he never heard from them.
