I adore my David Austin roses. I have approximately 70 roses, and well over half are DA. They’re just lovely. The staff are helpful when I call, my order is shipped with excellent care, and nowhere else provides a five year warranty! I highly recommend them.
Absolutely the worst costumer service and a horrible company. I tried ordering from them and then didn’t received anything. It took them over 2 weeks to respond to my email and they said it would get my order in 2026. What?! After many emails back and forth and a month and half later they finally cancelled my order and swore they already refunded me. I have not received that refund and the proof they sent is absolute BS. The refund isn’t even for the correct amount. Stay away from this company
My first DA rose. Alexandra of Kent. It’s gorgeous
I ordered a bare root Princess Alexandria of Kent rose bush in april of last year. It was a bit unsightly at first but I am happy with my purchase. It took about 3 flowing cycles for the flowers to look like in the pictures. It flowers vigorously. Im having to prune it more than I would like but that is my error for not choosing a smaller variety. I ordered in spring so my order was shipped within 2 weeks of placing it. I wouldn't give even one star to this company. One of my sprouts arrived in terrible condition; it never took root. But they made a refund impossible; it took more than four weeks of correspondence and 10 emails. Useless questions: I believe this was done intentionally so that the client would get tired and stop asking for a refund. Of those roses that sprouted from me, one of the roses is a different color, and the other rose has tiny flowers.
