We are an amazon seller hit with a section 3 violation for potential counterfeit items for 3 asins. Of course the items where completely authentic We had all invoices from distributor but could not prove chain back to manufacturer.We had approx $40,000 in cash held and $45,000 in inventory.Hired a well known consulting firm that deals with these situations. 3 plus months they could not get anything done.
