I would not recommend for someone with a small business or dabbles in stock trading. In 2 years they have more than tripled my tax preparation costs. It's clear I'm being forced out as a customer and they seem annoyed to have to file my non basic taxes. As soon as I ask them why my cost has gone up, they rudely tell me next time will cost even more. No joke.
