James Baltz is the worst atty (or associate whatever he is) ever dealt in my entire life. He turned our real estate transaction in a nightmare!!
Never dealt with a closing attorney this bad. James Baltz made everything super hard for us. Don't waste your money and time with this law office. I am sure there are ton of better ones out there. I don't think anyone can do a worst job than this guy anyway.

The law office of David A. Rikard are unprofessional and unreliable. After over a year, with little to no updates or information on our case - I was emailed “GOD DAMN ALL PROBATE CLIENTS!!!!”. No apology from David Rikard. After requesting update after update - I received zero promised call backs. I took it upon myself to check in with the surrogate court, as well as the NY tax department to find out the status — which was that NOTHING was filed.
