I recently had an issue with my account at the location off Sunset Blvd and it was by far the worst customer service and mistreatment of a human being I have ever experienced. Not only were they completely unhelpful but the owner of the location David A. Perry was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He had no desire to even consider my point of view as the customer and was very dismissive of my feelings. He even tried to kick me out of his office.
