My father passed away, and Owenby Law (who did work on my father's will over the years) dropped me and would not answer my emails when I asked them to draw up a Certificate of Trust requested by the bank. This was very challenging for me as I live out of town. Attorney Dave King came to my rescue and gave me quick, professional service. I was grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
Mr King did our wills. He was very nice and very professional. It was a very quick painless process. He is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to avoid probate taxes. If we had done a will online I don't think everything would have been addressed. I feel confident everything has been taking care of correctly .
