Gotta love when you see a dude filling up a reusable grocery bag and security does absolutely nothing when he walks out
For this grocery store to be as high as it is. I should have never walked out with molded bread. Y'all need to make sure you routine your bread, and this won't happen. I won't be back in this store, and that’s sad because it’s across the street from my house, but I'd rather shop at Giant Eagle.
Dave's is a sham. Dave's portrays itself as cost friendly but compared to other stores, Target, Giant Eagle, and WholeFoods, Dave's prices are high. And the quality is below Target or Walmart. Aldi's and Marc's has better quality and prices in contrast. The customer service is terrible. I asked for assistance and the person helping was too high to understand my request. The customer service at the self-checkout is consistently poor, especially when purchasing alcohol. The staff often displays a bad attitude, reluctant to ring up the price or enter a date of birth to verify you're over 21 even when it's clear you're well past the age requirement. They come across as uninterested in helping customers and seem annoyed when asked to perform additional tasks, frequently complaining and showing visible frustration.
