Customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased a Echo power head with several attachments less then a year ago from here. Having a problem with the power head I went back for some answers and possibly warranty service. The manager was awful, and couldn't be bothered, and the mechanic on duty had the standard "Must be the fuel issue" and that won't be covered under the warranty. I'm not a mechanic but I was fairly certain it wasn't the "ethanol" standard answer. I left and did my own research finding these units have a ... read more
Brought my commercial mower to get serviced here and the counter guys are clueless about anything. .The mechanics don't have a clue what there doing nor how to talk to customers. .I took my machine back with nothing fixed
I hate this place, the guys behind the parts department desk have no personality and poor people skills, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL and irritate me and don't even bother to ask for the owner to call you, he will not. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
I recommend Dave's Lawn Mower repair service. I had my snow blower repaired at Dave's and they did a great job! They picked up the snow blower and delivered it when repaired. They got the job done quickly. They also provided status on the repair and gave me an estimate up-front prior to accomplishing the repairs. Great service and nice people to do business with!
This shop sat on my tractor for one month after three different phone calls before I recieved a call back only to tell me they were not able to find parts for a Crafstman Mower engine parts. I had heard the service was poor - but know I know for sure. Save your time and money go to Rays in Fall River, MA.
