Purchased a couch, and after a year the fabric was wearing out. We have the fabric warranty on it, but after talking to a lady twice, and leaving two messages, they won't even give a call back. $1200 should at least elicit a response.

Kathy is the best! Directed us to a super cute sectional couch and ottoman combo. They have lots of selection in store. We will be back to get more things for our home in Cloquet.
