I found Valerie when i was looking for facial acupuncture. She called me back right away and after talking i found out she also does microneedling and so i decided on trying that first along with acupuncture. She takes her time to listen and i feel so relaxed while i am there and afterwards. Its so calming and such a great form of self care. Also i have had some pain associated with a hernia and i have noticed a significant change where i have had little to no pain since starting the acupuncture.. Drugs and physical therapy didn’t resolve my lower back and leg pain caused by a slipped disc which restricted my ability to walk long distances so I decided to try acupuncture as a last resort. After six treatments I was pain free and able to walk miles. Dr. Daverio is fantastic. She explains what she is doing throughout the treatment process. As an engineer, I was unsure about going this route, but I am now a believer. I am telling all my friends to consider acupuncture and Dr. Daverio.

Valerie, the sweetest, kindest human! She did such a wonderful job. And even though I was skeptical of acupuncture at first, I quickly became comfortable with it. I believe so since she made it seem effortless and stress free, I met her as a stranger who I just found on google, (for acupuncture) to a friend who has left a huge impact on my life! She’s a gem! *I had scheduled an appointment with a different acupuncturist and felt like I should cancel it and schedule with Valerie after I found her! Best decision ever! ~ lovina
