Usually great service but it's a let down they close early.
Usually great service but it's a let down they close early. Posted time is 12 but probably get there before 11:30 .... they lock the doors early. I would give 5 stars if they don't lock the doors early, but a business doesn't deserve 5 stars if you have a posted time to be open and you're not. You guys should consider posting 11:30 on Google.
Please do NOT give business to this store. Their website advertised a certain bottle of bourbon and when I received it, it was the wrong bottle that they advertise on their website. When I called, he didn't even seem to care or think that it was wrong to false advertise on their website. When Postmates returned the bottle back to the store, I was then charged with a $25 "restocking fee". How and why on earth would I be charged for being sent a completely wrong product and not even offering to resolve it. Awful customer servi... read more
