The nursing team was great. However, the rehab team did not meet my expectations. In 4 days of being there I only had 1 session of OT/PT the day before I was scheduled to leave.
Biggest issue is front desk not answering the phone and if they do and pass to nurses station nurses station dont answer n sent to voicemail but VM is full.
I came to this facility over a month ago could barely lift my head off the pillow today i left using a walker, the therapist are excellent Lorraine Ariel Otavia and Kyra were unbelievable they are tough but always upbeat I felt like I would never walk again but they made sure I did, incredible team, the c.n.a.s also incredible sherry has the biggest heart in the world she norma, nicole and Julia treat you like family, they do a super tough job with little thanks but they are always smiling and willing to help you anyway they... read more
