This place will never be the same now that Mr Davenport sold it. Unprofessional and wayyyy overpriced!!! Used Mr Davenport for over 30 years... Won't return!
I have used DBS for years and adored their services. It's under new management. Between that and the pandemic excuse of "we work from home" it's went to hell. Nobody communicated with me at all. I submitted my tax forms, including new business paperwork, with a phone call onJanuary 8th. Nobody ever called me back or discussed at all what I had submitted (and there is no option for an appointment). The one person I requested I not work with completed my taxes, with no communication to me. Supposedly they were done on March 22... read more
