We had some escrow papers to sign that had to be notarized. Rich came over and discovered that I printed the documents on regular paper rather than legal paper. My printer was not cooperating with the legal paper so Rich had me email the documents to him. He went home and printed out a copy to sign and one for our records. He also brought a FedEx box to ship the paper back in. He even took them to the business center for us when all was signed and boxed. Above and beyond service!!

I want to start this by saying I wish I could shake Richard's hand. Richard was very accommodating when setting up a meeting place to sign our refinance papers. The COVID-19 situation, coupled with a pregnant wife, made it very important that we did not meet inside our home. We met in his garage because our location would be too hot during the day.
