Dave Nelms is excellent at what he does! I hired him to help me find a home builder who took a deposit from me and then fled the state. I decided to sue the builder but couldn't find him. It took awhile but in the end Dave found him and I had a PI in the other state serve him with court paperwork. Now we are awaiting a court date. So if you are in need of PI services in East Texas, don't hesitate to use Dave. His rates are very reasonable and put all other PIs I contacted to shame.
