I am ALWAYS hesitant to work with a lender that was already paired with a buyer client because I have heavily screened my preferred lenders and I have had bad experiences in the past with lenders I don't know. That being said, I was very happy with Daves level of communication with not only myself but the listing agent as well. It was a great experience, and Dave stuck to his word of closing quickly and sticking to all timelines throughout the transaction. 10/10 experience!
