Dave helped me buy my first house and guided me above and beyond what his job description would dictate. Got me a rate so low my realtor and lawyer were both like "Wow you got a great rate." Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage. 10/10

Dave was very transparent about the mortgage process and very informative. He took the time to explain the approval process and the implications of the variety of mortgage terms that are available. He was extremely responsive and prompt in getting back to me. When we thought we had a great rate somewhere else, he hustled to get us an even better rate! I would highly recommend his services! Dave helped us by our first home. He immediately gave us a realistic breakdown of how the process works in a way that was very clear and informative. He then supported us throughout the entire process; promptly responding to any questions we had, even outside of working hours, and he landed us a great interest rate!
