We go there all the time. It is a wonderful, family owned business. I have never had a problem with them. Friendly place.
I've been going to Dave and Diane's for years. The staff is nice, the stock is always of best quality, and I have never had a single issue with them. The staff is very caring and always seems to have your best interest at heart. Definitely my favorite pawn shop in Louisville.
About a month ago I took them my mothers broach to be repaired, and they said it would take about a week. I went back the following Friday, and it had been sold! They wouldn't tell me who had purchased it, or where it was! A man named John offered to pay me $35 for it, but said he couldn't release the name of who had purchased it. I did not Pawn or Sell this broach, I only took it in for repairs! I am currently taking them to small claims court over this issue, and I would advice everybody to stay clear of this place!
