There is another google review that that has mentioned the same issue as me: Harness Tax did not file my state taxes correctly (specifically city taxes for nyc) and I am waiting for resolution and an explanation. They have very poor communication. They filed the taxes right at the deadline. I paid $1350 in total for their services. I feel like I was robbed given the issues I am having. Not sure what happened to this company. Once reliable, now unresponsive, slow and unaccountable. They waited to file our taxes to the very last day to file, despite having all of our paperwork in hand by February 15th. On top of it, they failed to file our city taxes. As a result of this mistake and delay in filing, our refund is lost in the world of “still being processed” (going on 5 months). If you’re looking for a good tax service experience, keep looking. This is not the place. I would not recommend.
