Appraiser was late, did not know what he was talking about, seemed annoyed to be there. Used comparables that were not appropriate. Unprofessional and clueless
Time from hiring to physical appraisal was unacceptable Turn around time for report was slow. Appraiser seemed dissheveled and disoriented and unfamilar with area. appraisal was significantly different (lower) that two other done at same time. Appraiser offered no guidance on why his numbers were off by 40% Lack of professionalism.
