I brought in a 40 year old cotton candy machine that I inherited from a friend that needed servicing. Despite knowing I was just a guy, so I wasn’t going to lead to a lot more business, Walter, the service manager, and Mohammed, the technician, gladly took the job, worked for a couple hours on it and fixed it. They ended up only charging me for the diagnostic hour. Great guys who seem to care about providing honest service.
