Twice this week bus was a whole hour late, when I called the dispatch I get these excuses... I hate being lied to. First one was "driver is on main st and will be there soon" when driver arrived, he told me he was on a different route and when he got back to the office he was given a pickup list and told to go, wasn't even his route. Second one today, they told me "driver is on the highway stuck in traffic", I check traffic cameras and there was no traffic but bus showed up 45 minutes later... Horrible communication with this people. They haven't returned any phone calls in reference to my child that is in kindergarten amd still no bus to pick him up when on their website he is one of the stops. No communication very unprofessional
