This company is the worst school bus company there is I'm surprised a lot of parents have not gotten together and got this company shut down the drivers are unprofessional they're always leaving children on the school bus they never want to take responsibility when you call into the company to ask why things are being done the way they are they're quick to try to throw the responsibility off to someone else instead of admitting that the issue is within their bus company I'm not quite sure how we're still allowing this compan... read more
They don’t care at all about the kids you call and say something they brush you off and make excuses for the driver HOW ABOUT BEFORE YOU MAKE A KIDS BUS STOP YOU DRIVE AROUND MAKE SURE ITS SAFE TO DO SO SOME OF THE STOPS ARE STUPIDLY MADE AND UNSAFE
My 11 year old Granddaughter goes to a Public Middle School in East Hartford. Her 1st day on the Dattco Private School Bus was Horrible. The Female Bus Driver dropped her off at a College/High School in East Hartford. When My Granddaughter Told her it was not her School the Bus Driver just told her to get off the Bus. The Bus Driver did not care and drove immediately off.
