Here’s a company that doesn’t respond to serious safety concerns. Left messages with Safety mgr and Dispatch mgr and never got even a call back. Makes you wonder what concern they have for our school children’s safety! Unacceptable!
Terrible people the bus driver acted as if he was entitled and instead of talking to me nicely, he started staring at me then gave me an attitude and started yelling. When this big bus is blocking the pickup area for people coming out of a physical therapy office.
