I went in to open an account and instead of explaining how to open the account and asking questions to find a member solution they began talking about what they couldn’t do. So just like in pretty woman when the clerk made a value judgement based on what the person looked like, rather than searching for needs and solutions they made a big mistake and missed out on a good member with big deposits. Mr. CEO you need to train your team better.
My wife went in to make a deposit and they said since we don’t bank there regularly, they would not release funds for 4 days. BTW we have been doing this for 3 years. The branch Mgr Ashley couldn’t have been more unprofessional and rude. Just fyi Ashley you will run that branch out of business with your attitude and unprofessionalism. This branch offers the worst customer service. I have a picture of an employee, heavy set with black straight hair, who is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
