We had in person transactions today at both DATCU and Chase. Wow what a difference between the two. Real customer service is still a valued commodity at DATCU. Even noticed by my 18 year old daughter. Thank you very much for being a member of our community.

The staff at the Highland Village branch exceeded my expectations and fulfilled an almost unreasonable last minute request without batting an eye. Everyone there was professional and courteous. No reason to bank with the big guys with service like this.
