My daughter and I came in on a Saturday and were greeted by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our experience was quick and concise! If you’re looking for a local credit union, give this place a try!
This is the worst branch ever! The Customer Service is very unprofessional. I personally have a picture of an employee who is very rude, very unprofessional, and very nasty. As a matter of fact, when I went to make a payment recently, she even made a gesture with her hand, like if she want to punch me or pull my hair. She is heavyset light skin with black hair. I even have conversations to prove how this employee treated me. I am new to DACTU and the second time that I went to make a payment she provided me information that ... read more
