Thank you Charlotte and Karen for the great customer service! Karen is always great when I arrive for a cashiers checks, and Charlotte is wonderful for helping me through my debit card account access. Thank you DATCU(Aubrey)
Sydney was great to work with at the Aubrey location. She was quick and efficient in verifying my information, submitting my debit card dispute, and printing a new debit card for me.
I would not usually leave a review. However Karen at the DATCU Aubrey Branch went above & beyond to help me in sorting out some financial concerns. It is very hard to find people that actually care about their customers & at this branch it is obvious that they do care.
Always alert and helpful.
