Our school has been using the ELD curriculum this year and we have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the materials. I have been using level E and my students and I find mistakes in the materials at least once a week. The material needs a comprehensive edit that goes slide by slide, page by page with the workbooks. The lesson I tried went well. I hope more lessons that are aligned with the Australian curriculum are planned. It would be useful for the 3 periodic reviews to be linked separately. That way they could be slipped into future planning immediately after you have taught the lesson. You then wouldn't waste time navigating through the whole lesson to get to them.
I love this program. It keeps the students learning and they remain engaged throughout the lesson. I would love to certified.
I have had Dataworks for a few years now and have used it almost daily. It has been very helpful in both general and special education. I have even used it to help me with my graduate studies project work. Every person that I have had contact with, at Dataworks; from Joel, to the Finance folks, to the IT and "Help" team have been outstanding!
